Powser Hoak

Powser Hoak had never wanted anything more than to own an underwater trampoline. In his 1970s-era Miami ranch home, he had amassed a striking collection of artifacts from all the great trampolinists in history, yet none of them could give him any concrete basis for his submersive aspirations. Ironically, Powser had never learned to swim, or even been in the water, save for the occasional sponge bath. Thus, the very buoyancy that would entirely preclude the activity of his every moment’s fancy was entirely unknown to him.
